👀 We’re Hiring a Business Development Manager
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to connect brands with diverse talent from our network. You’ll build relationships, manage both inbound and outbound sales, and create strategies to attract new partners.
🥊 Responsibilities
Build partnerships with Talent Acquisition, HR, and DEI teams
Drive inbound and outbound sales efforts
Host events and collaborate with the internal team on partner deliverables
🏝️ Benefits
£35,000 - £40,000 (plus uncapped commission)
Mostly remote, 25 days holiday
Work abroad up to 20 days a year
